Happy Pitch Tycoon Barnaby, the ginger cat

What's in the demo

This is a very early free demo, still in development. Everything below is in the current build and every picture is a real screenshot from it.

Your park

One full Somerset campaign. Start as a Muddy Field and work up through five park grades. New buildings unlock as your grade rises, and the best upgrades stay out of reach until you can afford them. Win by holding a high rating for 30 days, then keep playing.

A full holiday park with tents, touring caravans, statics, shops and leisure

Places to stay

Tent pitches, touring and hardstanding pitches, second-hand, new and luxury static caravans, and glamping pods. Different guests want different stays, and party size changes demand.

Services

Water supply, taps, waste pipes, grey drains, chemical disposal points for touring caravans, and electric hook-ups. The entrance gate comes in three grades, from Derelict to New, and each one changes your rating and bookings.

Food and shops

A shop, vending machines, a burger van, a chip shop and a pizza restaurant, each with its own stock and prices. Better products unlock at higher grades.

Things to do

Play park, mini golf, bowling green, BBQ pits, fire pits, go-karts, sports pitches and kites. Guests notice what's near their pitch.

A living world

Day and night with lamps and torches. Rain, storms, heatwaves and floods. Cows and foxes that wander in. A banner plane, a bus stop, cars that keep left, and guests who leave reviews in the visitor book.

Barnaby

A stray ginger cat from next door who narrates, advises and complains. He runs the tutorial, reacts to what happens in your park, and now has recorded voice lines.
