About the demo

Happy Pitch Tycoon is currently in active development. The demo may include unfinished features, bugs, balance changes, placeholder content, and temporary saves. Features may change, reset, or be removed as the game develops.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or game, attempt to disrupt the service, attack the site, scrape it excessively, or use the demo in a way that damages the experience for other players.

Intellectual property

Happy Pitch Tycoon, including its name, branding, game design, text, code, systems, and visual style, is owned by INLine Computers unless otherwise stated. You may play the demo for personal entertainment, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the game as your own.

Feedback and suggestions

If you share feedback, bug reports, or feature ideas through Discord, email, or the website, you allow us to use those ideas to improve Happy Pitch Tycoon without obligation to compensate you.

No warranty

The demo is provided “as is” while in development. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
