These terms apply to the Happy Pitch Tycoon website and browser demo, run by M White, trading as INLine Computers.
About the demo
Happy Pitch Tycoon is in active development. The demo may include unfinished features, bugs, balance changes, placeholder content and temporary saves. Features may change, reset or be removed as the game develops.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the website or game: don't try to disrupt or attack the service, scrape it excessively, or use the demo in a way that spoils it for other players.
Intellectual property
Happy Pitch Tycoon and its original name, branding, artwork, music, voice recordings, text, game design, code and systems are owned by M White, trading as INLine Computers and publishing as INLine‑Games.uk. Any third-party software libraries and fonts retain their respective licences. You're welcome to play the demo for personal entertainment, and to share screenshots and videos of your park. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the game as your own.
Feedback and suggestions
If you share feedback, bug reports or feature ideas through Discord, email or the website, you agree that we can use them to improve Happy Pitch Tycoon, without any obligation to pay you.
No warranty
The demo is provided “as is” while it's in development. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or work on every device or browser.
